As a client we collect your data as to communicate in the creative process of our collaborations (emails), we use your data for our accounting and invoice system (Dinero.dk) and we collect your contact information for our newsletter (eMarketeer.com). Also we collect information on our employees in our payroll system (Danlon.dk).

- company name, contact name, address, telephone number, email, work title, IP address, and cookies
- VAT number / CVR number and bank account information
- archive of email correspondences for future work relations

We use it mainly for accounting purposes and communication with clients. Furthermore we send out information about our work through a newsletter to our business partners and prospective collaborators which are informed in every newsletter about the process of unsubscribing to our services.

We do not share your personal information with any other clients, business partners or sell or trade your data. We keep your personal information securely with us and in the online platforms that we use to keep our data safe.
How do we keep your information safe?
soundsound keeps most of it’s client’s data on 3rd party platforms that always have a high standard in securing their data by using standard industry practices,such as firewalls and encryption, to safeguard your personally identifiable information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, misuse, or destruction.
We hold on to your personal information for as long as is necessary for the purpose(s) for which it was collected, unless otherwise required by law. If you request that we stop sending you updates and other communications or delete your information, we will honor your request and keep the minimum amount of information possible to prevent fraud and to help ensure that you are not contacted again.
In case of a breach in one of our third party providers we will inform all of our clients as soon as possible about the security breach and also contact the Danish Datatilsynet about the breach.
What is the lawful basis for processing your information?

If you want us to remove your personal data from the newsletter platform please inform us by email.
